Summer, summer summer!

Early summer has arrived on Vrångö – and you can feel it in the air! We’ve just had a house full of cheerful, curious school groups. Our boathouses were buzzing with laughter, island adventures, and sausage grilling by the pier, the beach, and the sauna raft. It’s been a joy to welcome so many students wrapping up their spring term with us.

Now the countdown to summer break has begun – and honestly, is there anything better than summer in the archipelago? Salty swims, boat trips, ice cream on the dock, and freedom in every breath.

And one of the absolute highlights of the season is just around the corner: Midsummer on Vrångö! Traditional dancing around the maypole, flower crowns, accordions, laughter, herring, and strawberries – a festive celebration that brings together locals and visitors in the spirit of true Swedish summer.

Due to unexpected changes, we currently have three boathouses available over the Midsummer weekend – a rare opportunity! Don’t wait if you want to experience Vrångö at its most vibrant.
