Have you heard that you can actually eat seaweed? Seaweed diver and food creator Karolina Martinson takes you on an exciting food journey in the pantry of the blue industries and prepares Seaweed & Tapas in a different way. Fun, inspiring and very good. After tapas and seaweed bubbles on the sauna raft, we light the wood-burning stove in the sauna, and for those of you who want, the evening is rounded off with a cold bath.

– Inspirational lecture and live cooking with Karolina on the relaxation raft, Saturday at 19:00
– Small dishes served, Tapas & Tångbubbel (non-alcoholic drink)
– Wood-fired sauna, hot tub and cold bath on the relaxation raft from 8:30 p.m
