Seaweed safari with outdoor cooking

Join Karolina Martinson for a Seaweed Safari on Vrångö, Saturday, May 31st.

Now is your chance to join a Seaweed Safari on Vrångö. Come and explore the shoreline’s pantry with Karolina. Early summer is the best time to discover the edible treasures beneath the surface and along the shore. Karolina will guide you through Vrångö’s beautiful nature, showing you some of the seaweed species and edible coastal plants you can easily find and recognize, all with great respect for the environment around us. You can choose whether to experience the seaweed underwater or from the land. A true seaweed adventure!

Together, we’ll prepare a meal using simple cooking methods with the ingredients we’ve gathered, and talk more about how seaweed can become a valuable addition to your own kitchen. We’ll also discuss why seaweed is so amazing, both for us and for our oceans.
