Can you really eat seaweed?

Today we had the fantastic Karolina visiting again, the food creator and seaweed diver who is passionate about sustainable living. This time a different cooking course was conducted together with one of our conference groups. A different, tasty and fantastically good three-course dinner was composed and prepared together with the gang, and guess if the participants were impressed when they conjured up dishes from the pantry of the blue industries.
