Join us on a guided walk through Vrångö’s charming buildings and unique nature reserve. A local guide takes us to vantage points with breathtaking views over Gothenburg’s southern archipelago and places where you can sense the open horizon in the west. The walk goes along the paths on the southern part of the island and we travel a couple of hundred years back in time and hear wild pirate stories. Along the walk you will also find graves from the bronze age. We also walk along Vrångö’s tight alleys and up to Lotsutkiken to get an insight into the time when Vrångö was Gothenburg’s southernmost pilot community. Our local guides have several generations on the island and relate with the greatest empathy mythical events from Vrångö’s history.
