All year round, you can book hotel packages with accommodation in Kajkanten’s cosy seaside boathouse apartments. As spring meets the sea, you can choose our Hiking Package or our generous weekday offer, Vrångövår, where you stay two nights for the price of one.
On April 24–26, we invite you to a Spring Festival in Bohuslän, and during the Midsummer weekend we offer a special Midsummer Package. Throughout all school holidays, you can book our Family Package, and during the Easter weekend we offer an Easter Package for those who wish to celebrate this magical holiday on Vrångö.

Choose the experience package that suits you best. We are open year-round, and getting here is easy and convenient. Vrångö, located in the Gothenburg archipelago, is a car-free island, making it the perfect place to relax.
To reach Vrångö, take tram 11 or bus 114 to Saltholmen, just outside central Gothenburg. Both tram and bus run regularly from the city center to the ferry terminal at Saltholmen, where you transfer to an archipelago ferry.
Ferries depart nearly every hour, and the trip to Vrångö takes about 30 minutes. Your public transport ticket is also valid for the ferry. To plan your journey, you can use Västtrafik’s To Go app or travel planner.
If you prefer to drive, there is long-term parking available at Långedrag, about a 15-minute walk from the ferry terminal. A handy tip is to drop off your luggage and passengers at the ferry terminal first, then return to the parking lot. You can walk back or take tram line 11 to get back to the ferry terminal.
