Emma Voigt
My name is Emma, and movement has been a natural part of my life since childhood. My journey began in gymnastics, and since the age of 25, yoga has been a central part of my everyday life. For me, yoga is both a path to strength and presence, as well as a place for rest and recovery.
I am a trained yoga teacher with nearly 600 hours of education in several different branches of yoga, giving me a broad and deeply rooted foundation. Since 2019, I’ve had the privilege of guiding groups, and every meeting with participants is an opportunity for me to create a warm and safe space where everyone can land just as they are.
In my classes, I weave together flow, stillness, and reflection — with care for both body and mind. My intention is that you leave the practice feeling more present, grounded, and filled with renewed energy.
