For those who want an evening on the sauna raft and an overnight stay on Vrångö.
In our package deal Vrångö Relax, you get access to Kajkanten’s sauna raft, which offers a unique experience with both a hot tub and a wood-fired sauna. You can relax for hours, as you have access to the raft and sauna throughout the evening. For dinner, we suggest a simple sausage grilling, as we have several grills outside Kajkanten’s hotel. If you prefer a more nature-oriented experience, we are happy to show you the way to a beautiful resting spot where you can light a campfire.
During your stay, you will be accommodated in our cozy and fresh boathouses, located right in the heart of the authentic harbor. Each boathouse is equipped with its own bathroom, including a shower and toilet, as well as a kitchenette with cooking equipment for self-catering. In the morning, you’ll receive breakfast baskets delivered by Restaurant Lotsen. Bed linen and towel sets are also included, so you don’t need to bring your own. Each boathouse has five beds, distributed over two levels, providing plenty of space for everyone.
Since this offer is specifically designed for school trips, a minimum of 10 students is required to book the package. If your group is smaller, you can of course make a private booking instead. Just send us an inquiry, and we’ll assist you with the booking process!

14:30 Arrival by ferry to Vrångö
We’ll meet you and give a brief introduction.
15:00 Check-in at Kajkanten’s boathouses
16:00 DIY sausage grilling
18:00 – 23:00 Relax raft with sauna, hot tub, and sea swimming.

Day 2
Breakfast baskets
Wash dishes, take out the trash, etc.
11:00 Check-out
Price: 970 SEK per person, including VAT.
The students stay with a maximum of 5 per boathouse, while teachers are accommodated in separate lodging.
Vrångö Relax can be booked by school groups with a minimum of 10 students. Meals and other activities can also be booked upon request.
Traveling to Vrångö
It is easy and convenient to travel by ferry to Vrångö. From central Gothenburg, take Tram 11 or Bus 114 to Saltholmen. The tram/bus will take you directly to the ferry terminal, where you can easily switch to the boat. The journey is both smooth and affordable, as you can use the same ticket for both the tram to Saltholmen and the ferry to Vrångö.
