Booking Terms for Larger Groups
Applies to bookings of 5 or more boathouses
For private group bookings that include 5 or more boathouses, special booking terms apply. During weeks 26–32, the booking must include at least two nights for some of the boathouses.
For bookings with fewer than 5 boathouses, please refer to our standard booking terms.
When you make a booking request, we will send you a booking proposal. To confirm the booking, a deposit of 750 SEKmust be paid within 3 days. The deposit will be deducted from the total amount. You are always welcome to contact us with any questions or if you would like adjustments to the proposal.
Payment Terms
• For bookings of more than 5 boathouses, the final payment must be received no later than 60 days before arrival.
• For bookings made less than 60 days before arrival, the full amount is paid at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy for Group Bookings
• More than 60 days before arrival: the full amount is refunded.
•30–60 days before arrival: refunds apply only to the value of up to 5 boathouses.
For bookings that include more than 5 boathouses, the value of the additional boathouses is charged.
Example: If you booked 8 boathouses and cancel 40 days before arrival, you will be refunded the value of 5 boathouses, while 3 are charged.
• 14–30 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount is charged.
• Less than 14 days before arrival: 100% of the total booking amount is charged.
Changes After Confirmation
Adjusting the number of guests per boathouse (accommodation)
Changes to the number of guests per boathouse can be made free of charge up to 3 days before the event. Changes made later than this are charged at 100%.

The number of guests per meal can be adjusted free of charge up to 3 days before the event. Changes made later than this are charged at 100%.
Cancellation of Activities
Different cancellation terms may apply depending on the activity provider.
To receive accurate information, please contact us regarding the specific activity you have booked and we will inform you of the applicable terms. In general, activities can be cancelled free of charge 14–30 days before the event, but this may vary.
Changes Due to Weather or Unforeseen Events
If weather conditions beyond our control make it impossible to carry out a booked activity, we reserve the right to cancel the activity without cost to the guest. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the restaurant venue may also be replaced with an equivalent alternative.

Insurance
We recommend that you review your home insurance or travel insurance prior to the event to ensure that you have sufficient coverage in case of illness, accidents or other unforeseen circumstances.
