Booking and payment
For you who book a stay at Kajkanten
When you make a booking, a booking proposal is sent to you You pay a deposit fee of SEK 750 within 3 days to confirm the booking. Please note that your booking is not confirmed until you have paid the deposit. The deposit fee is a partial payment of the total amount. The final payment must reach us no later than 30 days before arrival. When booking less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is paid at the time of booking. We remind via automatic e-mails, so you don’t have to worry about forgetting!
You choose whether you want to pay
by card, to Bankgiro or via Swish. Always enter your Surname and your booking number when paying.

Cancellation
• If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days before arrival you will get the full amount back.
• In case of cancellation 14 – 30 days before arrival you can choose to receive a voucher corresponding to your booking for a stay within 6 months or cancel the booking completely. In case of cancellation, you will be charged SEK 750.
• In case of cancellation 2 – 14 days before arrival, you will be charged 100% of the total amount of the stay, but you will receive as compensation a voucher corresponding to the booking amount, which is valid as payment for a new booking within 6 months. The voucher can be used to book accommodation or an equivalent package as the original booking.
• In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before arrival, you will be charged 100% of the total amount of the stay, no proof of value is issued.
Arrival and departure
Unless we have agreed otherwise, you are welcome to check in from 15:00 on the day of arrival. You will receive a text with your boathouse number when your boathouse is ready for check-in. On the day of departure, check-out must take place no later than 11:00 a.m., unless otherwise agreed. Sheet packages and towels are available in your boathouse. No own bedding may be used in Kajkanten’s boathouse apartments. When checking out, we want you to throw away rubbish and wash dishes. Leave sheets and towels on the floor.
Book sauna raft
For the sauna raft, the same booking rules apply as for the stay. Times for your pass are indicated in your booking confirmation.
