Meals when you visit us

Seafood, breakfast, and other treats delivered straight to your boathouse.

Kajkanten doesn’t have its own restaurant, but we work closely with our neighbor on the pier – Hamnkrogen Lotsen. During the winter season, the restaurant has limited opening hours, but all year round you can order breakfast baskets and meals that are delivered straight from Hamnkrogen to your boathouse. You simply set the table yourself using the dishes provided in the boathouse. If you’ve booked the sauna raft, we can deliver your meal there instead. You’re welcome to bring your own drinks.

Please choose from the menu below and email us your breakfast and meal order at least one week before arrival. All meals to be delivered to your boathouse must be ordered through Kajkanten. If you are lactose or gluten intolerant, please let us know when placing your order.

Meals are delivered between 17:00 and 18:00 to your boathouse, and at the agreed time to the sauna raft.
The breakfast basket is delivered to your boathouse the day before you plan to eat it.
Coffee/tea is available for you to prepare in your apartment, and you boil the eggs yourself.

RESTAURANTS ON VRÅNGÖ

Hamnkorgen Lotsen is our closest neighbor and delivers seafood, meals, and breakfast to Kajkanten. During June, July, and August, Lotsen is open daily, and you can relax on the pier or in the glass veranda while enjoying fresh seafood, fish dishes, and refreshing drinks. Outside of these months, opening hours vary. For current opening hours, please visit Hamnkrogen’s website and Facebook page.

On Vrångö, there is also a summer restaurant where the archipelago ferry docks — Ternan. Here, you can enjoy homemade pastries, ice cream, and well-prepared lunch dishes. For more information and opening hours, see their website.
