Join us on an unforgettable boat excursion to the lighthouse station and island group of Tistlarna – located at the very edge of the rugged and beautiful open sea.
There is something truly special about heading out onto the open water, feeling the warmth of the spring sun and watching the waves shimmer. Mattias, our own Vrångö skipper and fisherman, will safely guide us aboard the boat Glitthav.
We will make a stop on land at Tistlarna, where the presence of history is still strongly felt. The old lighthouse keeper’s cottages and the impressive lighthouse remain to be explored. During the trip, we will also keep an eye out for seals, which often bask on the rocks surrounding the islands.
Book your place now – the tour is limited to a maximum of 12 guests.
A picnic basket is included!
Location: The boat departs from Vrångö harbour
Time: Easter Saturday, April 4, 13:30–15:00
Price:
800 SEK / adult • 550 SEK / child (ages 7–15)
Children under 7 years join free of charge.
If you are not already on Vrångö, take archipelago ferry 281 from Saltholmen to Vrångö. Please refer to Västtrafik’s journey planner for suitable departures.
Please note that in case of very windy weather, the boat trip may be cancelled. In that event, we will remain on Vrångö and instead offer a guided tour with historical insights and nature experiences in the Vrångö Archipelago Nature Reserve.
For those who want to celebrate the entire Easter weekend on Vrångö, there is the option to book our Easter package from April 3–5, including an overnight stay at Kajkanten. The boat trip is included in the package.
