We begin on Saturday at 6:00 PM with an inspiring introduction, followed by a shared dinner where we gather around the table and let the flavors of spring take their place on the plate. Here, tastes, conversations, and curiosity are shared in a warm and relaxed atmosphere.

Karolina Martinson is not only a professional seaweed diver but also a sustainability advocate and ambassador for the emerging sustainable Blue Economy. She is passionate about creating a Swedish food culture where seaweed has a natural place on our plates.
