Kajkanten Vrångö contributes to the work for a sustainable destination together with Göteborg & Co. For seven consecutive years, Gothenburg was ranked as the world’s leading sustainable destination by the GDSI, and in 2025 the city placed second. Read more here
Kajkanten Vrångö and sustainability
Sustainability issues have always been a focus for us at Kajkanten. We have joined the Sustainability Step and are eco labeled with the Green Key to create an economically viable business that does not lead to unnecessary environmental impact. We work actively with beach- and bay cleaning project to keep Vrångö free from plastic and litter and collaborate with, among others, Plogga, Västkuststiftelsen and CleanSea.
