Conference Booking Rules
For those who have booked a conference at Kajkanten
Once you have decided to book your conference with us, we will send you a booking proposal via email. If we do not receive a response within 3 days of sending the confirmation, we will consider the booking confirmed.
Of course, you are always welcome to get in touch if you have any questions or wish to make adjustments.
Once the booking is confirmed, our conference booking terms apply. Payment is made by invoice after the conference has taken place, or alternatively by card on site. The invoice will be sent to the billing address you provided in your booking request.
Conference Cancellation
• For cancellations made more than 30 days before the start of the conference, the full amount will be refunded.
• For cancellations made 14–30 days before the event, 50% of the total booking value will be charged.
• For cancellations made less than 14 days before the start of the conference, 100% of the total booking value will be charged.
Adjustments to a Confirmed Booking
Adjustment of Number of Sea Cottages (Accommodations)
The number of booked accommodations (sea cottages) can be adjusted free of charge up to 30 days before the start of the conference. After that, charges will apply based on the number of booked accommodations.
Adjustment of Number of Persons per Sea Cottage (Accommodation)
The number of persons per accommodation can be adjusted free of charge up to 7 days before the start of the conference. Adjustments made later than this will be charged at 100%.
Adjustment of Number of Persons per Meal
The number of persons per meal can be adjusted free of charge up to 3 days before the start of the conference. Adjustments made later than this will be charged at 100%.
Cancellation of Conference Activities
Different cancellation policies may apply depending on the activity and the provider responsible for its execution. To receive accurate information, please contact us regarding the specific activity you have booked, and we will inform you of the applicable terms.
Generally, free cancellation is possible up to 14–30 days before the start of the conference, but this may vary.
Cancelled Activities Due to Weather
If weather conditions beyond our control prevent the booked activity from taking place, we reserve the right to cancel the activity at no cost to you as the customer.
