Kickoff on the sauna raft

Whether it’s a kickoff with colleagues or something you want to celebrate with your friends, we dare to promise that Kajkanten’s sauna raft is made for an After Work by the sea. Here you can enjoy a wood-fired sauna, hot tub and sea bath all year round. During the winter months, you best combine the bath with mingling indoors in the small gathering room with kitchen. Here you have the opportunity to cook and eat something together (10-12 seats). As soon as the spring sun peeks out again, it’s also a good idea to spend the evening on the outdoor wooden deck, admiring the sunset.For a salty taste experience on your own, seafood from Fiskeboa can be ordered to the sauna raft all year round. If you are coming in a larger group, seafood evening at Hamnkrogen Lotsen is recommended instead. Make a request and we will get back to you with suggestions for the next kickoff.

You can easily get to Vrångö with Styrsöbolaget’s public transportation ferries that depart from Saltholmen. The trip takes between 20 and 40 minutes. Kajkanten is on the west side of the island, in Vrångö harbor in the middle of the genuine archipelago settlement. The conference is characterized by its small scale and the collaboration between different businesses on the island. The island’s common premises such as the mission house and the community center are used as conference rooms. Vrångö is known as Gothenburg’s bathing island and large parts of Vrångö are nature reserves. A car-free archipelago idyll. The nature is a mixture of Halland’s sandy beaches and Bohuslän’s rocky coastline.
